my boyfriend talked me into starting a new plan to try and get me better which im actually really excited about but i wanted to know what you girls thought of the meal plan because i still want to loose wieght on it (hes fine with it since i'll be eating) idk what i am rite now cause ive been on it and excersixing but ive been cheating a little. im about 99 rite now and im pmsing so that makes me gain ANYWAY
heres the plan:
oatmeal plain like 150-200 calories
an apple 80
dinner - veggies and some form of protien like shrimp about 200
coffee (like 50 calories)
and maybe a snack
id love to know whatyou girls thinks about how many calories do you need to loose wieght i cant tell if my metabolism is wierd or not because i ususally only loose alot of i cut my calories really low but that could also be because i wax and wane between being really restrictive and binging
most of you probably don't remember me.. i havent posted on here in months because my BF was getting suspicious so i really did try to stop restricting. ive gained a total of about 8lbs. and i really feel terrible. i want to try to get things back under control now && i could REALLY use some support.

I think this is mostly right, my weight has gone up and down so much over the last few years so i can't really remember my HW and LW. Add me as a friend!!

HW: 82 (nasty, Im too short to carry that weight)
